Every now and then a girl needs a project. Jane wanted to stretch her creative wings a bit and experiment with some lighting styles and post-processing which she doesn’t ordinarily use during a “normal” pet photography session. She knew that she wanted to stick to a theme and decided on black and white. The twist was that the subjects had to be black or white or a combination thereof. The project took off on a local level and culminated into a gallery show and sale with 50% of the proceeds benefitting Griffin Pond Animal Shelter.
